| We worked with IVY PRETTO from Leader Mortgage. We got our loan pre-apporved with a 20% down payment. A GFE was given, but promises were made that it would be even better after we apply for the loan/credit score etc... It was all a bit confusing for a first time home buyer. Although she knew we were first time home buyers, she never explained anything to us and always gave one line answers. Her response to email/voice mails were also poor. There was no guidance through the process and it became very clear after a while that that since we were first time home buyers, they wanted to get us the worst offer. They somehow thought that we were not doing our due diligence. When we decided to go with another company, they did not care to call or ask us what went wrong, but just an email we will try and match the rate.
